We are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a Senior Retail HR Specialist (Germany & International) (m/f/d) for our Retail HR team at our Idstein headquarters.  In summer 2026, our headquarters will relocate to Eschborn, and your primary workplace will move there accordingly.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Ownership of all HR Operations topics for the retail organization in Germany as well as for international stores, in close collaboration with local leaders and the central HR team
  • Advising store and retail management on labor law, HR‑related and organizational matters, involving external experts where necessary
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for Germany and coordinating international payroll providers for additional countries
  • Preparing and maintaining employment‑related documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, policies, and references
  • Managing employee master data, time tracking, and HR systems (Hansalog, Atoss, Deel)
  • Driving and further developing HR processes, standards, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and harmonization
  • Working closely with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Supporting topics such as onboarding, offboarding, compensation & benefits, talent processes, and employee engagement within the retail environment
  • Acting as a point of contact for questions related to social security, payroll tax, working hours, vacation, absences, and other HR Operations topics
  • Contributing to international HR projects and taking on special assignments related to retail expansion or process optimization
What you bring:
  • Completed vocational training or university degree in HR or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience (min. 5–7 years) in HR Operations or Retail HR, ideally within an international company
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law, social security, and payroll tax, plus a basic understanding of international HR regulations
  • Experience advising managers and working with operational retail structures
  • Confident handling of HR systems; experience with Deel or similar HRIS solutions is an advantage
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • High service orientation, structured working style, reliability, and strong problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing operational tasks efficiently
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a confident presence in a dynamic, international environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to national and international stores
